Waterfall Hideaway, NC

Waterfall Hideaway, Stone Mountain, NC

“Enjoy the natural beauty of the mountain stream as it cascades over rocks created many years ago. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and unique vacation properties in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina! Why stay at an ordinary mountain property when you can have your very own log cabin with a soothing waterfall? Imagine sitting on the wrap-around porch at this Waterfall Hideaway enjoying the cool, fresh mountain air. In one direction you see a beautiful 70 foot waterfall. The sight and sound are soothing. In front of you a 60 mile panoramic view features every shade of the color green spread out over a wide forested valley and time-softened mountains. White clouds hang like dollops of meringue in a Carolina blue sky. Natural beauty of this magnitude is a feast for the senses. It nourishes the soul. Equally magnificent when autumn leaves paint it red, copper, bronze and gold; when winter snow blankets it with sparkling layers of sugar white; and when spring shoots, buds and flowers inundate it in a sea of lacy pastels. Waterfall Hideaway is a vacation place for all seasons!” [via Waterfall Hideaway.]
